Return and Exchange Policy for Whats New.

At WhatsNew, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and high-quality clothing. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Return and Exchange policy. Please review the following guidelines:

 

Return & Exchange Policy:

1. Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

3. Return Process: Once you successfully place your order, the Return and Exchange option will automatically appear for the next 15 days on your order page, you can easily tap on and process the return or exchange by choosing the exact cause of doing so. If you experience any kind of issue during the process, kindly connect with our customer support team at [email protected].

4. Return & Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).

5. Refund or Price Difference: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within the next 3 working days. Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable & for exchanged items if the value is lower, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method. If it is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.

6. Exchange Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the desired replacement item is not available, we will offer a refund or provide an alternative solution.
